LEARN ABOUT ANTI-RACIST HEROES AND HEROINES

There have always been people who have opposed racism and worked to end it.  There are people today who are committed to eliminating racism and are acting on that commitment.  The histories of these people – people of color and white people – can inspire us and help us see new possibilities for ourselves.

This section has information about some of these people. The individuals mentioned here are not necessarily the most famous or most important, just a sampling of the many thousands who have taken up anti-racist work. You may want to learn more about them.
